Yummm .... after reading about your cookies, I decided to bake some myself, only I made Chocolate Chip Walnut. I baked them all, even though it's over 90 degrees out (we keep the AC on), but I like your idea about freezing them in balls ready to bake. If you want to try the Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie, you can find the recipe on the Crisco Butter Flavor can. After years of making "America's favorite cookie" on the Nestles chocolate chip bag, I discovered this recipe from a newly married young lady at church. Her cookies were too perfect, thick & chewy, and with crinkles ... not all spread out and stuck together. They taste wonderful too! The grilled cheese and tomato soup also sounds good, but will have to wait for cooler weather. We're still eating salads!
