Patrick just wants to wish DaDa a very happy birthday! Oh, and he says he’ll try to be good today, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see about that!

Things have been pretty busy for us the past couple of months, and the past few weeks we haven’t had a lot happening to share on our blog. Here are just a couple of the pictures that we were able to take during the month of January.
Patrick discovers the fun of playing with a heavy but see-through pan lid.
Patrick plays with his play doh. Before you say that he’s too young to play with play doh, let me just say that he can’t open the containers. If he could, he’d probably eat it! He likes to carry around the tube that they came in, dump all the play doh out, and put each one back in. It keeps him occupied for hours!!! He has two sets: one at home, and one at Grandma’s. Right now this is his favorite toy!!!

The granite for the downstairs bathroom and the kid’s bathroom arrived a couple of days ago. Here’s how it looks!
They need to finish the railing on the beadboard, and this bathroom is done!

Next project: Complete Mom and Dad’s bathroom. Now that there’s another working bathroom in the house, Mom and Dad’s is going to get a change!
This past week the kitchen was finally finished. The last touches were the backsplash and hooking up the ventilation fan, which is super quiet, due to the motor being located outside instead of in the kitchen! They also finished painting the entranceway. Here’s some more pictures that I took this week!
